Enterprise Tourism Operators
Maldives Link is a discovery and connection platform. Unless explicitly stated, Maldives Link is not a travel agency, tour operator, accommodation provider, or booking agent.
2. Eligibility
To use Maldives Link, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. User Accounts

Misleading representations may result in account suspension.
Guesthouses
Guesthouses must:
Hold any licenses or permits required by applicable laws.
Maintain accurate property information.
Comply with local tourism regulations.
Dive Centers
Dive centers must:
Follow recognized diving safety standards.
Maintain required certifications and permissions.
Operate in accordance with local regulations.
Maldives Link is not responsible for diving-related incidents.
Excursion Providers
Excursion providers must:
Operate legally.
Maintain required insurance and permits where applicable.
Provide accurate descriptions of excursions and activities.
Enterprise Accounts
Enterprise accounts may manage multiple businesses, properties, brands, or tourism operations under a single organization.
Additional enterprise-specific agreements may apply.
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
Certain business features require an active subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
Subscription fees are billed in advance.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in feature restrictions, reduced visibility, suspension, or account deactivation.
Maldives Link reserves the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or features with reasonable notice.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload to Maldives Link, including:
Images
Videos
Business information
Property information
Marketing materials
By uploading content, you grant Maldives Link a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

Market the platform
Improve platform services
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all uploaded content.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
